What's a credit?
Credits are the currency used within Avocad. Each operation—like generating, editing, or upscaling images and videos—uses a certain number of credits. The exact cost varies depending on output resolution, duration, and complexity of the operation.
How many credits does video generation use?
Video generation is charged per second. 720p and 1080p use 7 credits/second, and 4K uses 10 credits/second. Example: an 8-second video uses 56 credits at 1080p, or 80 credits at 4K.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
When you change your plan, you'll be charged the full price of your new plan immediately and your billing cycle will reset to start from today. Your existing credits will be retained and you'll receive your new plan's credits on top of that.
Why should I choose yearly billing?
Yearly billing gives you 50% off compared to monthly billing, plus you'll receive all your credits upfront for the entire year. It's the best value if you plan to use Avocad regularly.
What are credit packs?
Credit packs are one-time purchases that add extra credits to your account. They're perfect if you need more credits before your next billing cycle or if you're on the free plan. Purchased credits never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Dodo Payments.
Why is my Indian payment taking longer?
Due to RBI (Reserve Bank of India) regulations, payments made with Indian UPI or cards may take up to 48 hours to process. During this time, you'll see a "Processing Payment" status. Your credits will be added automatically once the payment is confirmed. This applies to new subscriptions, renewals, and plan changes.
